"Too loud for me"
It felt really cramped inside. The noise was a lot. It was also kind of dim in a weird way. I just didn’t feel comfortable there.

"Ordered pizza for takeout and it showed..."
Ordered pizza for takeout and it showed up late again... and by the time it got here, it was already cold. Kind of a letdown, honestly...

"Honestly, just felt overpriced"
I’ll be honest, it felt like poor value for money. The pizza was fine, like not awful or anything, but for what they’re charging I expected a lot more. The portions didn’t feel that generous either, so when the bill came it was a bit of a “wait, really?” moment.
I don’t mind spending a bit extra if the food actually feels worth it, but this just didn’t. Kind of left thinking I could’ve had a better meal somewhere else for less. Probably won’t be rushing to order again...

"A Warm Dinner I’ll Remember"
The staff was so friendly and welcoming that it made the whole dinner feel easy and relaxed. I remember leaving with that nice, warm feeling you get after a simple meal turns into a genuinely pleasant evening.

"Waited way too long for our table"
We had a 7:30 reservation, but we didn’t get seated until almost 8:30. We kept standing around near the host stand while they told us it would just be “a few more minutes,” but no one really explained what was happening. By the time we finally sat down, we were already irritated and not really excited to eat anymore. The food may have been good, but the wait just took the fun out of the whole night. Not worth it for me.

I was in the mood for something comforting, and this pizza totally did the job. The crust was really great, nice texture and just made the whole thing feel extra satisfying

"Wish I’d Read the Reviews First"
I really wanted to enjoy this, especially since I usually like a good coal-fired pizza, but the crust was just way too tough for me. It was hard, super chewy in a bad way, and the edges were dry enough that they almost tasted burnt.
Maybe that’s just the style here, but it felt more like biting into cardboard than a pizza crust. I kind of regret not reading the reviews first, because this just wasn’t enjoyable for me.

"Order was okay but not quite right"
I grabbed an order from Grimaldi’s and the food still tasted good, but it wasn’t exactly what I asked for
One of the pizzas had the wrong topping, and they also left out the extra sauce I paid for. It wasn’t a huge problem, just kind of frustrating once I got home and realized it
The staff was friendly and the wait wasn’t bad, so I’d probably give them another shot. I just hope they double-check the order next time

"Fresh enough, I guess"
The ingredients seemed fresh, so that was fine. I’m totally calm about it, but it still felt kind of average overall.

I felt kind of embarrassed sitting there looking at the menu for so long, but there just wasn’t much that caught my eye. I expected a few more options, but it all seemed like the same kind of thing. I kept trying to find something a little different and ended up not ordering anything.

"Parking made the whole visit frustrating"
I tried coming here, but the parking situation ruined it for me before I even got inside. I drove around forever looking for a spot, and when I asked about it, it felt like they just brushed it off with the usual “that’s our policy” kind of excuse instead of being helpful. I ended up parking way farther away than I wanted to, and by the time I got there I was already irritated. Maybe others won’t mind, but for me it just wasn’t worth the hassle.
